HEALING
Sound healing sessions offer a restorative space for rest, reflection, and intentional slowing down through immersive sound experiences.
During a sound bath, participants are guided into a relaxed state while listening to layered sounds and vibrations created through instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments.
Research continues to explore the relationship between sound, the nervous system, and the body’s stress response. Certain frequencies and rhythmic auditory experiences may support relaxation, reduce mental overstimulation, and encourage states of rest that can be difficult to access in everyday life.
