I offer an insight-oriented, deeply personalized therapeutic space where we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns and build practical coping tools, while also using psychodynamic theory to explore how your past, relational dynamics, and unconscious processes shape your present experience.
